Cloud Burst In Ladakh by rinchan24

The picture of Ladakh before the cloud burst was as beautiful as the person may have reached to heaven. Leh Ladakh is such a beautiful placeto visit. But Ladahk lost its beautifullness after 5th of August when the cloud burst struk ladakh. The heavenly place ladakh was turned into a massive obliteration land. It created loss of lives.After the cloudburst flabbergasted ladakh it fortuitous flood in that place , ladakh was nearly drowned beneath water . After the flood started to go there had to be rain every day. It seriously created a lot of damage to ladakh.

                                                     

                                                                       

    

On 5th August around 12 mid night the whole Ladakh was rocked by a devastating mudslide due to cloudburst. The most affected areas are lower Leh and Choglamsar areas. Apart from these two places many other villages were badly affected by the flood. Manylost their lives and hundreds still missing. The army was put into action for the rescue operation. Both the civilians and the army are actively working to rescue all those stuck under the debris. Many tourists are also volunteering in the rescue operation.

 

 

                                                           

 

So far 200 people died and aproxximately 350 people were injured  however nearly 900 peole went missing. It caused a mass eradication, to ladakh.
